Your use of EndlessWiz signifies your acceptance of these Terms. This is a legal agreement between you and EndlessWiz, so if anything here doesn’t sit right with you, you won’t be able to use our Services.

Your continued use of EndlessWiz after these changes means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend checking back periodically to stay informed.

3. Using Our Services

EndlessWiz is here to help you master English through lessons, exercises, and interactive tools. To get the most out of it, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if you’re under 18).
• Use our Services for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
• Follow these Terms and any additional guidelines we provide.

4. Account Registration

To access personalized features like progress tracking and premium lessons, you’ll need to create an account. When signing up, please provide accurate and complete information (like your name and email) and keep it updated.

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure—don’t share your password with anyone! If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know right away at support@endlesswiz.com.

5. Your Contributions

You might create or share content through EndlessWiz, like practice recordings or feedback. You own your content, but by sharing it with us, you give EndlessWiz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it to improve our Services (e.g., to analyze pronunciation patterns or showcase success stories).

Please don’t upload anything offensive, illegal, or that violates someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to remove content that doesn’t align with our community standards.

6. What You Can’t Do

We want EndlessWiz to be a positive learning space. You agree not to:

• Break any laws or encourage others to do so.
• Share harmful content, like viruses or spam.
• Copy, sell, or misuse our lessons and tools.
• Harass or harm other learners or our team.
• Try to hack or disrupt our Services.
• Use EndlessWiz for anything other than learning English.

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your access.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The content, design, and features of EndlessWiz—like our lessons, exercises, and app interface—are owned by us or our partners and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use them for your personal learning, but you can’t reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our permission.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

While many features of EndlessWiz are free, some premium tools (like advanced lessons or ad-free access) require a subscription. You’ll see the fees and billing terms when you sign up. By subscribing, you agree to pay on time via your chosen payment method.

All fees are in USD and include applicable taxes (which you’re responsible for). If something looks off with a charge, let us know within 30 days at support@endlesswiz.com, and we’ll look into it.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. No refunds are offered for partial periods, but you can cancel anytime in your account settings.

9. Ending Your Use

You can stop using EndlessWiz anytime by closing your account. We can also suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or misuse our Services, without prior notice if needed.

After termination, sections like Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will still apply.

10. Your Privacy

We care about your privacy. How we collect, use, and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using EndlessWiz, you agree to our data practices.

11. No Guarantees

We strive to make EndlessWiz awesome, but it’s provided "as is." We don’t promise it’ll be perfect, always available, or meet every expectation. Your English improvement depends on your effort, not just our tools.

12. Our Liability

We’re not responsible for indirect damages—like lost time or frustration—arising from your use of EndlessWiz. Our total liability won’t exceed what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months (or $50 if you haven’t paid anything).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law, no matter where you’re located. Any disputes will be handled in California courts, though we hope it never comes to that!
